Returns policy
Please choose your items carefully, goods purchased within 28 days which are no longer required can only be exchanged for other goods of similar value, otherwise your order is subject to a 25% handling charge which will be deducted from your refund. Please retain your receipt and any paid invoices as proof of purchase.
Faulty goods will be replaced provided it is a manufacturing fault and the goods in question were purchased within a 12 month period. A number of our fittings are subject to a 5 year warranty, please ask a member of our team for details.
